Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, preferred reply method, subject, and message so Advanced Minds School can respond to your enquiry. When you submit the form, the website server sends this information to the school's configured WhatsApp account through GREEN-API. Once the school database is connected, the same enquiry is stored in its private Supabase database with a numbered reference and notification status.

You may also choose to share your current location. Location is optional, your browser asks for permission first, and the form remains usable if you decline. If shared, the coordinates, approximate accuracy, and a Google Maps link are included with your enquiry. The website may use Google's Geocoding API to convert those coordinates into the closest available address, area, city, district, province, postal code, and country.

WhatsApp delivery is provided by GREEN-API. You can review the GREEN-API Privacy Policy. Please do not submit highly sensitive information through the contact form.

The online admission form also collects the student's name, date of birth, requested class, Hifz Program interest, current or previous school when provided, and parent or guardian contact details, relationship, residential address, reply preference, and optional notes. You may also choose to attach the current device location using the same browser permission flow as the contact form. These details are numbered and sent to AMS through GREEN-API for admission follow-up. Once database storage is enabled, they are also stored privately in Supabase so authorized school staff can manage the enquiry. If WhatsApp notification fails, a saved enquiry remains in the database for follow-up.
